1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
All sales are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are:

Significantly damaged during delivery
To request a replacement, you must:

Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.

Provide a photo and brief explanation of the issue via email to info@h2gox.com.

Return the defective item in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
Upon verification, we will ship a replacement unit free of charge. No refunds will be issued.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

We shipped the wrong item, or

The order was not fulfilled or delivered due to our error
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
